1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We proudly offer Worldwide Shipping to pet lovers around the globe. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

2. Order Tracking
We believe in transparency. As soon as your order is handed over to our shipping carriers, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
3. Multiple Package Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we occasionally ship products from different specialized warehouses. If you ordered multiple items (e.g., a large lounging bed and a small outdoor harness), they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.
Don't worry—you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and the rest of your order is safely on its way!
4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches your destination country.
· These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
· HeyMyCat is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in your country.
5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@heymycat.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched.
Lost Packages: If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your property or with your neighbors first. If it remains missing, contact your local postal service or email our support team, and we will do our best to help you investigate.
