📦 Shipping & Delivery
A: We proudly offer shipping worldwide! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer Free Shipping on orders over a certain amount (please check our top announcement bar for the current offer).
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard international delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way.
A: To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we occasionally ship products from different specialized warehouses. If your order arrives partially, don't worry—the rest of your items are safely on their way and will arrive shortly!
📐 Sizing & Product Safety
A: Because our collection features curated designs from different specialized creators, sizing varies by product. A "Size M" sweater might have different measurements than a "Size M" harness. A: Absolutely. At HeyMyCat, safety is our core promise. All our feeding gear is made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone or premium stainless steel. Our textiles and toys are selected from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. However, no pet toy or gear is completely indestructible—we always recommend supervising your pet during playtime.
🧼 Care & Maintenance
A: We design with busy pet parents in mind! Most of our lounging beds feature removable, machine-washable covers. For apparel and harnesses, we recommend washing them on a gentle cycle with cold water and hanging them to air dry to maintain their shape and durability. Specific care instructions can be found on each product page.
A: For everyday dirt from outdoor adventures, a quick wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap usually does the trick. For deeper cleans, hand washing and air drying will help preserve the high-tensile webbing and rust-resistant hardware.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
A: We want you and your gentle companion to love your purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed, unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been heavily used or covered in pet hair cannot be returned.
A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@heymycat.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel it.
