At HeyMyCat, we want you and your gentle companion to be completely head-over-paws in love with your purchase. We understand that finding the perfect fit or style for your pet can sometimes take a try.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return and exchange process.

 

1.30-Day Return Window

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following Pet-Safe Hygiene Standards:

· The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
· It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
· It must be completely free of pet hair, dirt, odors, or signs of wear.

⚠️ Note: For health and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been heavily used or are covered in pet fur. We appreciate your understanding in keeping all pets safe!

 

2. How to Initialize a Return or Exchange

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. Follow these simple steps instead:

· Contact Us: Send an email to support@heymycat.com with your Order Number (e.g., #HMC1001) and the reason for your return or exchange. If you are reporting a damaged item, please attach a clear photo.

· Get Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the correct return shipping address and detailed instructions.

· Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

 

· Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect product, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees from your original order (if any) are non-refundable.

· Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without valid tracking.

 

4. Refunds & Processing Time

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).

· Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

We take great pride in quality control, but mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@heymycat.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending you a free replacement right away.
